A Hillsdale man will head back to circuit court for the second time this year following his arrest back in August. 33 year old, Reuben Dendy will be (was) sentenced today on three counts of Assaulting/Obstructing/Resisting police. Dendy went before the Circuit Court in March of this year for a 2018 charge of breaking and entering a business. That case was delayed as Dendy was sent for a competency hearing where he was originally found not competent to stand trial. He was found competent earlier this year and ordered to stand trial.
