During their five-hour stint for the Salvation Army on Friday, December 16, 2022, afternoon host Bob Flynn and midday host Juli Morgan, appealed to the community on location while ringing bells and remote broadcasting at the Hillsdale Market House. The community donated $10,132.50 to the kettle. Biggby Coffee, located inside the store, chipped in $1 from each beverage sold during that time frame, which added another $348.00 to the tally. Corporate sponsors—Hillsdale Market House, Walton Chiropractic, Frank Beck Chevrolet, Performance Automotive, Hillsdale Orthodontics, and Down To Earth Appraisals—each donated a percentage of the kettle donations, which made for a final grand total for the day of $13,010.50. Money raised is assigned to Hillsdale County programs for the needy, administered by the Salvation Army 360 Life Center, such as a food pantry, utility assistance, free weekly lunches, emergency assistance, and more. The annual efforts of the Bob and Juli one-day Bell Ringing campaign over the years have raised well over $100,000.00 for the Salvation Army.
