One person was injured in a single-vehicle traffic accident in Wheatland Township Monday morning.
Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to East Bacon Road, near North Waldron Road, around 7:45 am.
They say 30 year-old Shiana James, of Osseo, was eastbound on East Bacon when her vehicle had a mechanical failure, causing her to lose control.
The car left the roadway, overturning in a ditch.
James was taken to Hillsdale Hospital by Addison Ambulance. There’s no word on her condition.
Two passengers in her vehicle, 30 year-old Delaney James, of Osseo and 30 year-old Guy Fritz, of Pittsford escaped serious injuries.
Authorities said all occupants of the vehicle were wearing their seatbelts.
