The Hillsdale County Parks Commission conducted the first round of interviews with candidates for the Parks Director position, earlier today.
The job opened up when current Director Bill Watkins announced his retirement.
Three candidates applied for the position which involves overseeing maintenance at several parks that are operated by the county.
There’s no word, yet, on when the Parks Commission will make their final selection.
