The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office says a Litchfield Man suffered minor injuries when he collided with a vehicle while riding a bicycle.
Deputies were dispatched to M-99. near Cranberry Lake, Rd in Scipio Township just after 4:00 PM Wednesday.
They say 65 year-old William Cooley Jr, of Litchfield, was northbound on a bicycle when he failed to see a vehicle driven by 68 year-old Jennifer Frohm, of Marshall, parked on the side of the road. Authorities say Frohm had her vehicle’s flashers turned on at the time of the collision!
Cooley sought his own treatment for minor injuries.
Deputies were assisted by the Jonesville Fire Department and Reading Emergency Unit Ambulance personnel.
