Several churches and community organizations in Hillsdale County are coming together for an outreach event this Saturday. The annual Loaves & Fishes Day is a ministry of the Hillsdale Area Ministerial Association.
It aims to provide assistance to those who are most in need in the community. The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the New Merchants Building at the Hillsdale County Fairgrounds.
During the event, there will be a variety of free items available to those in need, including toiletries, backpacks, school supplies, diapers and household necessities.
Free haircuts will also be provided.
The event comes as many families are struggling to make ends meet.
