Jonesville Police are continuing their investigation of an alleged incident that occurred Halloween night.
Chief Mike Lance tells WCSR News, investigators are looking into a report that an adult resident of Heritage Park Apartments got into an altercation with some teen trick-or-treaters .
Initial reports were that the kids heard a shot fired as they fled the area.
Lance said, following interviews with the adult who was involved, along with a number of residents in the area, police do not believe a firearm was involved in the incident.
No arrests have been made–Lance the case is being investigated as a possible case of Disorderly Conduct.
